The site www.zipcodemaps.com has maps which meet your requirements. After hours of searching, I've located ArcView shapefiles of NJ zip code maps. I've uploaded it at http://eden.host.sk/nj_zips.zip. You will need ArcView to view the files.
Alternatively, you can download Arcv2CAD and convert the shapefile to AutoCAD dxf files.

The site offers digital maps. You can print digital maps in whatever size you require.
You just mentioned in your question you need zip code maps, and hence I wasn;t aware of your size requirements etc.. If you still need something more convincing, ask for a clarification and I'll get to it
