Bidis are clove cigarettes wrapped in a leaf(don't remember name of leaf). Asian culture(I believe).Bidis (pronounced bee-dees) are flavored cigarettes from India. They're illegal to sell in several states because they are supposedly much more harmful than your standard cigarette. They come in many different colours and flavours, and are a fairly washed-up pop culture fad. However, they do taste great.
You're best bet is probably to buy online. A GREAT site to buy bidis from is . It's an online Indian headshop that ships to anywhere for a relatively good price.
Have fun, be safe, smoking is NOT harmless, though.
